By accessing or using Bajigar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the Bajigar platform and all of its services.

Bajigar operates under an international gaming licence. To use this platform, you must:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• All betting must be done in your own name and with your own funds
• Online betting must be legal in your jurisdiction
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful

To register on Bajigar, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details will be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Each individual may register one account only. Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, provided they use different devices and different payment methods — but support must be notified in advance.

• A recent selfie (holding your ID)
• Proof of payment method (where applicable)

• If a match or event is cancelled due to a technical issue, all stakes will be refunded
• Bajigar reserves the right to void or amend bets if there is a clear data error in any event
• Accounts may be subject to investigation if unusual betting patterns are detected

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe after the bonus is activated
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another is still in progress (unless otherwise specified)
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in account termination
• The welcome bonus is available once only, exclusively for newly registered users

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajigar platform. Any violation may result in permanent account termination and legal action where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Use of betting bots or automated software
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds
• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users

Bajigar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• For breach of terms
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found
• If KYC Verification Fails
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
